Revenue raising resistance

I have grown angry with the sneaky attics being used by the QPS to raise revenue with hidden speed cameras. I have decided I would like to become part of the Revenue raising resistance which is a Facebook group based in WA. My google kungfu is not strong and I can’t find any information on the legality of warning motorists via a hand held sign in QLD. Anyone able to point me in the right direction? Note. No rental contract, bond probably not lodged with RTA. Should I do something?

Hi there, so I’m about to finish my exchange studies. I found a cheap-ish place in Kangaroo Point when I came here, and I’ve been here since without issues. When the guy picked me up and took me to the apartment, he said he forgot the rental agreement at his place and he would bring it over some day. Well, that day didn’t come so I took a hint. For the bond he gave me some sort of self-made receipt, and I feel like he may pay it back as I have been a good tenant. On Flatmates he seems to have 5 different announcements up. A friend of mine thinks he is not reporting the rent as taxable income, and that I should report him when I leave just in case. Surely someone would have busted him if that was the case? Is there no other reasoning here? Where
