Help. My flatmate's kid is a prick.

The kid is 8. Sometimes he shows up for a night or two at this house where he has his own room and is generally fine. When the kid is not fine it’s because I’ve just finished doing general housework and then he makes a grand mess and just sits there looking at it like it’s no big deal (throwing juice across the wood floor of the living room, pissing all over the toilet seat, wiping toothpaste all over the sink much more than you’d normally use to brush your teeth. Serious squeeze and apply to the sink from the tube.) URRRRGH. I do not have kids. I do not know how to deal with kids. This kid is showing up more and more and I’m moving again soon but to keep my sanity how do I handle this little monster without looking like a bad flatmate? If it helps

Sparkling wine storage advice

Happy new year all. I was hoping for some advice with storing sparkling in this heat. We live in a non air con qlder with no wine fridge and have to buy 50 bottles for our wedding in Feb. New to Brisbane – Looking for a small group that'll take a charismatic new friend in Central area

I’m a 26 year old guy that moved from Auckland about 3 months ago and have struggled making friends outside of work so far. Now that I’m settled in, I’m finding I’m getting bored a lot and would love to be taken into a group of friends who do things 3-4 times a week. I’m into board games, Game of Thrones, Netflix, hiking and exploring, drinking and bonsai. I love the type of friendships where you just tear shit out of each other or sit around having deep conversations. Friends leaving

One of the people I used to work with was such an awesome girl, she was so nice and I improved so much at my job and for some reason I was really motivated to do well. And I did pretty well. But now that she is gone I’m just depressed and feel sad that she is gone. I’m not doing as well as when she was still working. I feel really sad that she is gone and I guess I’m just asking have you ever felt sad about a work friend leaving?
