Anyone want a free printer?
I’ve tried selling it on eBay a few times, but it’s too bulky to post and make any cash… and I’d rather give it away than deal with anyone from Gumtree. It’s still unopened in the box it came in. Can no longer donate blood?
My mum tried to donate blood this morning, and was told they don’t need her to as they now have synthetic blood, they want plasma donations instead. I just flew 25,000+ KM's in 68.5 hours. Redditors want the story behind it. Here it is.
Well after a few PMs asking what the story is behind it, I have had enough sleep to muster up the energy to tell the full story. I flew out of Brisbane on Thursday at Noon to go skiing with my mother and sister in Sun Peaks Canada. My folks live there over half the year, for the last 10 years. They are retired, but now volunteer as Ski Instructors teaching disabled and blind people how to ski. (That in itself is a story to be told). I had never been over since they moved and was looking very forward to 2 weeks with the family. I needed to recharge, as the last few months, my wife has been in the hospital with a bowel obstruction.
