Tap-and-go credit card payments coming to CityCycle this month
I posted about changes coming to CityCycle a while back. Well some changes have now been implemented (like the $5 per month subscription), and Tap + Go credit card payment for daily-hire is starting to roll out this month. I’ve been using CityCycles a fair bit recently and it’s fun, quick and convenient, especially using a Go Card to identify yourself with a tap instead of having to enter a long customer number. The new Tap + Go payments will bring this ease of use to non-subscription users as well. But in reply to the inevitable question: No, helmets are still required.
