Has anyone ever won the Deaf Lottery?

There was a particularly sweet Dodge in Chermside Westfield at the weekend, with the Deaf Lottery, and it made me wonder who actually wins these things? Like, is that one car up for grabs Australia-wide, or just Queensland/Brisbane? STAY AWAY FROM GATEWAY NORTHBOUND. Something bad happened around the Old Cleveland road exit; south of that point is an actual carpark at the moment.
