Recommendations for private mental health practitioner on the northside.

Sorry, I know this gets asked a lot here, but I am looking for some recommendations for a good doctor that can help with someone who is having a mental breakdown (I don’t know how else to describe it sorry). Also looking for advice on how to broach this subject with said person. I would be happy to pay to talk to a professional to help me out with convincing the person in question to seek professional help, because I have no idea on how to approach the problem. My flatmate recently met his 7 year old son for the first time. He had no idea he had a kid until two weeks ago. The kid has rotten teeth. Help.

Emotional carnage. I’m watching from a distance and he’s rekt. The kid’s mum has total meth-mouth. This kid has two severely rotted milk teeth and they give the kid visible pain. There’s some sort of scheme to give kids free dental treatment these days, right? How does that work? The dad doesn’t have the kid’s medicare card, and the dad has no health insurance. What happens next? This new addition to his family tree has sore teeth. It’s sad. He’s a bit too ruined to figure it out himself, and the kid is a little sweetheart when he’s visited the house. He’s so happy to have a dad now but the dad doesn’t really give a shit. I’m heartbroken watching this.
