Hi all, Coming back to Brisbane in May and am looking to rent a 2 bed flat within 30kms of the city. I have been checking out realestate.com.au but I just wanted to get people’s opinion on the market in general. My wife and I made the move down to Newport last year from Toowoomba and while she has blossomed I have lagged behind. I am a chef who works in a FIFO job so I am only home two weeks of the month and I’ve struggled to meet any new people. I wouldn’t even know where to start! A bit about what I can do. ~ nearly 10 years experience in sales and sales management ~ expert Excel user with corporate experience in financial/operational business analysis ~ I’ve done quite a lot of book-keeping with Xero and MYOB (though not qualified book-keeper) ~ great with all office technology and a seriously enthused amateur tech-head ~ I did years of labouring through uni in warehousing, landscaping and construction ~ I’m a good writer and do a bit of copy-writing for web sites occasionally ~
