It’s my birthday Friday. I really really want to spend the afternoon with a puppy or a sweet sweet dog. I love pets but can’t have them at my place. Why is it so difficult for me to be accepted for a rental?

I’ve been rejected a few times now, and I can’t help feel it’s because I’m a student and a single mum. I’m studying captive animals and plan on studying a bachelor of wildlife science once my current studies are done. I might not have many assets or a long rental history but how does that really reflect on what I would be like as a tenant? I have never been late with rent, always had my bond returned, never had a black mark against my name, and always keep a tidy house. At this point I’m feeling so downhearted that I feel like I should apply for rentals in Inala or woodridge (don’t get me wrong, not having a go but they’re just not my type of areas) Any advice? submitted by /u/xXrenXx1993 [link] [comments]

Looking for buds &a friends :(
