Anyone else had a completely horrible experience with Couriers Please?

I paid express $50 to have a forever rose delivered to my girlfriend, last week Tuesday. It was at the depot last Wednesday. On board with driver on the Thursday, not delivered. On board again with the driver Friday, still not delivered. So I call up and I am told that the driver is new and does not really know where he is going? What the fuck does this even mean. They don’t use GPS? They can’t organise someone else who knows what to do? So the dude on the phone asks me if I want to come get it from the depot? Why the fuck did I pay to have it shipped then? I can’t even explain how pissed I am. Ruined my weekend and now a $250 rose is sitting somewhere in either a hot warehouse or a van. I don’t even know where to go from here.
