Anyone know if the owners of Avanti Restaurant at Bardon have opened up somewhere else?

The wife and I lived in Brisbane until 2002 and used to go to Avanti restaurant at Bardon. Was one of our faves. We moved back here at the end of 2014 and thought we had better go there for old time’s sake. Went to eat street, parked. Got a $90 fine, for i’m not sure why, but even if i did park in a wrong area. It’s a industrial area at night, i wasn’t obstructing anyone. Sky activity

Has anyone noticed strange sky activity as of late? High military presence and odd lights moving.side to side, up and down.. At first I thought it was the 12% woodstocks playing tricks on me but upon getting my girlfriend to investigate she to noticed the strange movements and the army chopper completely blacked out circling at least 4 times a couple times a week now..
