Hey fellow yanks – I know we had a bit of a chat before the holidays about having a meetup for all of us Americans here in the wonderful city of Brisbane and was wondering if anyone still wanted to get together? I figured since it’s after the holidays (and after Australia Day), we need another ‘national’ day to get together (‘yanks in brisvegas day’?), say howdy & y’all, lament the lack of good mexican food and texas bbq, drink expensive beer, eat snags, and discuss getting refugee visas to stay in this country….(just kidding about the last part though, I already have a visa) Would anyone be keen?
