Here’s the situation: I ordered a car part from eBay from a reputable company in the UK I’ve used before and it was posted. A few days after it was meant to arrive I checked the tracking number and it says it was delivered. I called Aus Post who said it had been delivered on the due date and placed in my mail box. Only I know the item would’ve been too big to fit in my mail box and there was no pick up card or other sign that anything has been delivered. Furthermore, my girlfriend was at home that day and never encountered a delivery person.
