Hi Brisbane. What are people doing this weekend? I am struggling because there are so many things that I want to do that it overwhelms me. Tonight I am going to cook a risotto for the first time without using a rice cooker and watch No Country For Old Men on SBS. I love the movie and author 😉 Tomorrow I don’t know because I would like to go up Mt Beerwah but I also wouldn’t mind driving to Elanda and hiking to Fig Tree Point and Camping overnight to take some photos but it is supposed to rain on Sunday so the hike out wouldn’t be nice. Maybe drive up to Urangan and car camp overnight at Colonial Village? and drive back after taking some photos and maybe having a fish. I haven’t had a fish in 18 months and I haven’t been up that way in 35 years.
