Hey folks, saw a heap of posts earlier in the week asking for the best place for photos etc, so I figured I’d go aboard and get you guys some real photos. Here’s my wee album and here are some gifs of the elevator going down and up (fast!). We were really limited on where we could go for this tour, mainly the hangar and maybe 1/3 of the flight deck. It’s a shame because when the George Washington came last time, the Mess Hall, living quarters etc were partially open to the tour. Some take aways, the ship is incredibly large, as are the planes.
