Telstra tech contact to report a strange tech issue

So, somewhere in the (Brisbane) CBD is a Telstra cellsite that has the time set wrong – it’s set to GMT and not to AEST. To be clear, the time is set wrong, not the timezone, so your phone goes back ten hours. If you have a Google Pixel, which is set to automatically get the time from the network, you’ll notice when you arrive in front of the City Hall (going east via Caxton Street) your phone will say the wrong time – because it’s around there that the broken cellsite is. For some reason, the Pixel doesn’t switch back to AEST again – perhaps it gets rather confused. I’ve seen this behaviour on two Google Pixel phones now (one normal, one XL) and over here someone else mentions the same issue in Brisbane CBD. It’s happened to me twice, and to my partner as well.
