I’ve been wondering for a while, is it legal to smoke inside a dog park? I absolutely hate when people smoke at my local dog park, the smell absolutely ruins the place and it’s obvious it disturbs some of the dogs. It also usually ends up with cigarettes on the ground, which is terrible for the dogs to be playing around. I’ve emailed my local representative who never got back to me about the laws, and I really can’t find anything specific about it online.
