The old ‘we got 1 too many than we were supposed to have on the paperwork’ scam is going around in the Bulimba/Balmoral area, 2 guys in orange floro shirts driving a white van with no company logos (old Mitsubishi I think). Pasenger who spoke to me had a South African accent. If you don’t know the scam it’s were they say they have been given 1 too many of a brand new top of the range speaker/projector system from a pickup and they have to sell it before they take the van back, it’s basically junk/broken bullshit that they offer you for a low price but still in the $100’s. Almost got their license plate on my dashcam too.
