They’re about two weeks into the 6 month Cert I course. You’re employed by them for the time, and undertake a Cert I in Construction with them. Pretty sure it’s over $20/hr, but not sure on the specifics. They asked me if I knew anyone interested in it as they had a few spots to fill before it gets too far in to not be able to catch up (I do volunteering there).
