Hi all, Coming back to Brisbane in May and am looking to rent a 2 bed flat within 30kms of the city. I have been checking out realestate.com.au but I just wanted to get people’s opinion on the market in general. Is it going to have this downturn any time soon that people have been talking about or are we still seeing solid increases in prices?
