I’m wondering if there’s a company that does financial planning and advice for renovations on homes. Not builders. Maybe it doesn’t exist. Basically my mum needs serious help and intervention on her home renos. To give you a idea of what the problem is: For 20+ years my mother has been renovating her house. Well. More tearing it apart and rebuilding the most insane stuff. She really has a problem. OCD for sure. She has chopped and changed rooms up. Turned two rooms to bigger rooms. Built weird walls. Tore them down. Turned cupboards around so they face a different room. Painted all inside when nothing was finished. Built a side balcony and then stopped so there is a dangerous half built balcony with no railing at the
