I live in a relatively new development, 5-7 years old. I am not lucky enough to even appear on the NBN’s rollout list… but I am out of contract with my Telstra connection. I called up Optus and IINet, both saying they are unable to provide me plans in my area. I assume its due to not owning cables in the ground? maybe?
