Hi. Sorry to keep this short. I have been battling with anxiety and depression for some time, managing it with no medication. It has increased badly lately. Went to doc, and the doc said he would like me to see a pyschiatrist before prescribing any meds. However, two different pyschiatrists that he has tried to refer me to don’t have any appointments available until late June. I am having regular anxiety attacks now and I am not sure if I can wait that long.
