I don’t know if I’ve just had the displeasure of following people who don’t know the road rules lately, but I’ve been sat behind a lot of people who are turning right at traffic lights and will sit behind the line, the light turns yellow/red and I’m one car further away to being able to turn. You ARE allowed to move past the line (if it is safe), and if there isn’t a gap in the traffic until the lights turn yellow/red, you ARE allowed to complete the right turn! I realise this may be trivial to some people, I realise it is just one car, but it still annoys me. If the light is green and there are vehicles approaching from the opposite direction, you can move forward into the intersection past the stop line if you can do so safely. If there is a safe gap in oncoming
