Hey, so as mentioned in the title, I plan on moving into share accomodation in September. I’m currently sharing but with a friend I’ve known for years. They are traveling so we need to go seperate ways. My friends are all set up so my only option will be to find share accomodation. I’m wondering where the best place to look is? I mean websites, I know the area I’m looking in (city-nundah). Any red flags I should look out for when inspecting places and meeting people? Costs associated with moving into share accomodation? I have money saved for bond but not much else. I have my own bedroom furniture and also a fridge and washing machine. Any tips on being a good housemate in general and dealing with strangers? Where I live is good because we know each other so well, we can be honest. I’m worried it won’t
