Does anyone know if Optus will be able to extend the current deal I have? Currently pay $40 for 10GB and everything else unlimited. It was a special deal at the time. Just wondering if anyone has any experience with negotiating with them, are they willing to do so? I would like to keep the current deal I have but I often go over the 10GB so do you think they’d be open to giving me more data for the same price I’m paying at the moment? Only moved to Australia 10 months ago so I don’t have any experience dealing with telcos here.
