I would like to say that I will be flying Qantas for the first time this holiday season (as a new Australia resident), I was planning to fly to the US on Thursday with my partner (u/s13_eisbaer) to visit close family (including my grandmother who may not make it into this summer) – however due to a number of errors on Qantas’ part and a bit on eisbear’s it looks like I will now be flying alone and spending holidays without him. I’m very disappointed in their customer service and handling of an errored transaction on their part. He was issued a voucher due to a refunded flight sometime last year (he is a frequent flyer of Qantas, or was), and was planning to use the voucher the fly himself over to the states while paying for my ticket out of pocket.
