Hi there ! Myself, my wife( we re both 27) and young 2 year old are moving up to Brisbane to be closer to my family and a couple friends who live near indooroopilly (which is out of our price range). I like new developments and don’t mind the lack of a large yard etc so that’s not an issue but i’ve been hearing that contrary to what I had previously been told that springfield area has become a bit of a lower socio economic area with all the associated crime that entails.
