I have a health and safety concern at work about a particular heavy lift I feel may be unsafe, as I’ve felt pain performing the lift in the past. I spoke to my supervisor (also the designated OHS rep) and was told to “Harden up, Princess”. I contacted Worksafe and lodged a complaint. Worksafe have said they contacted my employer already. But, nothing has changed. I’ve received no further information on whether I should be performing the lift or not. My supervisor, nor anyone else, has spoken to me. I’m not sure what to do. Advice?
