Currently renting a townhouse from hell. Looking at all options and buying a house is a big one for myself and my partner. However we don’t have 20% saved for a home loan and I’m looking into no deposit home loans, no I don’t want to ask parents to go guarantor. (There are reasons for this) however I want to know our options with no deposit home loans and estimated weekly repayments. Are there free mortgage brokers I could talk to about my options etc? Does anyone have experience/advice/opinions with this field?
