Hi all! I’ve just been offered a position in Sumner and I’ve never been to QLD before so thought I’d seek some locals advice. I currently live in Melbourne (definitely a northsider) so if anyone could recommend what suburbs to look into and an average rental price (preferably a furnished one bedroom place/apartment) that would be much appreciated!
