This is probably a long shot, but it is worth it. My sister is intellectual and speech impaired. She also has sleep seizures which we’re attempting to manage. We’d been doing okay up until recently, however, there is has been a giant regression in my sister’s behavior – to the point of physical escalations. She has no concept of understanding that this isn’t okay, we have no way of explaining it to her. We had an amazing peds neurologist (geoff wallace) up a until she was 18 and obviously couldn’t see him anymore. We’ve tried a few folks since then, but they’ve been indifferent to her (read, don’t even greet her as a patient) and our concerns.
