So neighbour has a 20m+ tall tree that could take out 4 houses from their yard depending on the direction it fell. Its also got a webee kettle bbq size termite nest up in it that has been damaging the nearby residences. The roots from the tree have been damaging the concrete in various yards. The owner of the property refuses to do anything about it as it was apparently planted by the council back in the 70’s before they bought the place. This is in MBRC.
