As someone who is not from Australia, hearing about the event that took place yesterday fascinates me. The whole concept of dressing up in fancy clothes to watch a horse race at pubs where people bet on the winners and this entire tradition is something I’ve never heard about before. So what exactly is this about and why do people in Brisbane get involved as well? Also did I get anything wrong in my description because thats the way I saw it.
