My current housemate is moving out at the end of September/start of October and I’m looking for someone to replace him in my townhouse in Nundah. It’s a two storey place and you will have the whole ground floor (apart from the garage which is used for storage/workout area/piano) to yourself. A good sized bedroom with built ins which opens out to your own courtyard with a small garden and also your own full size bathroom (bath/shower combo, toilet and basin with storage). The room is unfurnished so you will need your own bed etc, but the rest of the house is fully furnished. Rent is $205 per week (not including utilities) A little bit about me – I’m a 22 year old male graphic designer who works full time.
