Hi everyone, I am at an awful point in my life – recovering from surgery on my kidneys that I had on Friday and just feel dreadful. I need surgery again later this week. I have systemic lupus erythematous and a bunch of other medical and mobility issues, but none of them are contagious. I am not mentally ill or intellectually handicapped, just really struggling at home because of health problems, and would really appreciate ANYONE dropping by to help me. I feel awful.
