Does anyone here know anything about it? Google isn’t giving any relevant results. I went in on opening day and tried one of the saffron ice creams, but what caught my attention were the really strange drinks. They looked like milky frozen cokes that where left undrunk for 20 minutes so the milk and water layered and congealed. Are these a whacky creation or are they inspired from recipes overseas? Saffron and pistachio ice cream points me to Middle Eastern or maybe Indian.
