Hello! I have recently moved house and was asked to go back to my old house to fix some cleaning stuff for the bond. I was on holidays for 3 weeks and couldn’t go until I got back. I went in yesterday and noticed long white hair all over the wooden floors, a lampshade broken and a mattress and sleeping bag under the house. The ladder under the house had also been moved. Someone (I am assuming the owner) has also planted new plants and cut some trees back. The house has been unoccupied for over a month now and I am assuming someone is squatting in the house. This doesn’t worry me as its not my house and my lease has ended. I am more curious to see if this has happened to anyone else and what the situation was? I’ve been looking into squatter’s rights and am fascinated
