Hi guys I did an online course to be a food safety supervisor and there’s a practical component which requires someone to watch me wash my hands and other stuff in a commercial kitchen to verify I’m competent. The course provider suggested I contact my local RSL or Bowls club to do it but both my local clubs have been giving me the run around.
