Hey guys, I recently moved into a share house with a bunch of friends after one of the previous housemates left. One of my housemates has gotten a dog, something which has not been authorised by the realtor. If the realtor was to find out, would they have grounds to evict us immediately, or would we get a notice to remedy breach? I have searched on the RTA website but they dont seem to want to offer up information about “asking for forgiveness, not permission”. If they can evict us immediately, would I be correct in saying that we would be liable to continue paying rent until they found new tenants?
