Anyone with experience either applying for one of these or experience as a Magistrate? Will be lodging my application next week and I believe I have a good case to be approved. Work rotating shifts, need car to drive, need car to pick kids up from school as partner works as well and can’t do both drop off and pick up in one day. However I have read through my information pack and it has now made me nervous that I am not guaranteed to be given an SHO. Part of the info pack states “generally applicants do not address the fit and proper person test in the material supplied to the court”. So just putting it out there, anyone have any insight or advice on things that 100% need to be addressed and would help me keep my ability to drive. submitted by /u/Druz1 [link] [comments]
