Currently looking for a new place to live after having enough of Nundah and it seems that generally rent has gone down quite a bit since I last looked. I’m currently sharing with others and paying $230 for a room in a three bedroom in Nundah. It seems with prices as they are at the moment that I’m paying way too much for the quality of the accommodation I’m in. I last looked six months ago, has the price of rent fallen quite a bit since then or is it just me?
