Back in Melbourne, my butcher used to be able to source kangaroo mince for about 4 bucks a kg, ground bone and all. Pretty sure it was roadkill but may have just been offcuts. Is there anywhere in Brisbane that does something similar? submitted by /u/weinertorn [link] [comments]
