I rode by on my bike and didn’t want to stop as there were people everywhere. A whole heap of police were down on the river bank just as the Eagle St boardwalk ends as you go into the Edward St garden entrance. It looked like a man was stuck in the river or they were helping to get someone out or something. A fire engine had already arrived and I heard an ambulance arriving as I went through.
