Hi guys, So I received a council parking fine a month ago (and a week), and haven’t paid it. I only got the fine on the windscreen (which anyone could have removed before I returned to my vehicle and I would be unaware of), and not received anything in the mail. I have a SPER and haven’t received anything to say it will be added to my SPER. Is it normal for the council to send a ticket via the mail as well in case people removed tickets from windscreens without the owners knowledge?
