Just witnessed an unlit chopper circling over Shorncliffe/Sandgate/Deagon area with no lights and a 4 engine jet make a sharp bank to the east in the same area. All in Brisbane controlled airspace but looked a little close to me. Cloud base is low and both were visible against the cloud. You almost never see 747 or 380’s above my place For the aviation nerds, time was close to 2100 or 1100Z, maybe half an hour before. I am not sure how to track it down on the flightradar or similar websites. I am sure the copper chopper guys are well trained, but they have been know to operate with no lights or transponder in uncontrolled airspace before including where I fly out of. Not sure they keep separation from us plebs, but if they have no lights on then how the fuck am I supposed to keep separated from
