Yesterday morning (Thursday) construction work began on the school tennis courts I live opposite at about 4:30 am. It woke me and half my family up, my dad went to ask why they’re starting so early and they just made jokes and said we better get used to it as its going to happen Friday, Monday and Tuesday too. After a lengthy call to the council, and then another lengthy call to the State Government we got nowhere. This morning they started hammering at 4 on the dot, wasn’t even light yet. I just don’t understand how this is legal so early?
