Hi r/brisbane, I’m currently in my last year of high school and am planning to go to University to study animation next year. Since I haven’t been to University before I don’t know what to fully expect. So, I was hoping to receive your opinions or knowledge regarding these animation degrees (or your experiences and feedback if you have that) to help me decide where to study animation. Location isn’t too important, because both universities are a little far, unfortunately. I also have some more questions (and background info): I am hoping to one day become a concept artist for film or even video games. Although I haven’t drawn much lately because of year 12 studies, I have been studying FTV for three years already and have always been drawing realistic portraits (Very different to concept art, I know).
