There is a car that is parked in our unit complex and it’s alarm has been going off (the alarm is it’s horn) for the past two days in spurts. It’s extremely loud, and goes through the night and early morning, with no one attending to it. No one knows who the owner is and the car hasn’t moved in three days. I have called police link twice and also neighbours have done the same, with zero action from the calls.
