Looking to fly in to Orchid Beach & camp overnight with a friend. What are the options for accomodation? Would preferably find a nice spot in the bush to set up for the night in a bivvy bag, hammock or even hutchie. Now obviously there is the danger involving dingoes, which I personally have no experience with, and the issue of getting a parks permit and all that jazz. I’ll call up Orchid Beach trade post tomorrow, but I was wondering if you guys had any thoughts on the above plan re finding a nice spot for the night.
