Hey guys, Just wondering if anyone knows of the Red Hat guy in Bulimba? Overweight, middle aged, always wearing a red cap and I believe has a mental disability. I first “met” him when I saw a movie at Balmoral cineplex a few months ago. He was sitting at the back, murmuring about how he thought everyone was disrespectful on their phones during the advertisements and then screaming at anyone if they sat in front of him in the cinema (it was at capacity). He would move to another seat and then if someone else sat in front of him he would yell at them as well until the whole cinema was full, and then he left before the movie even started. Since then I’ve seen him a few times on Oxford Street and Riding Road, especially at night on my walk home. He usually swears and has altercations with
